Here are some examples of some poor packing and the resulting damage we've seen over the years.

Throttle bodies and stacks shipped to us with absolutely no packing material what so ever.
Note: please do not ship stacks - we only rebuild the throttle bodies!
 

Here is a Solex carb whose throttle shaft arm was bent and accelerator pump linkage was broken due to poor packing.
